3.2.1 Recording the organization's information

Organization information can be edited from the Organization button.
Basic information, contact information, annually updated information and background information about the organization are recorded. If the organization has both exploratory youth work and workshop work, the organizational information must be entered separately in both PARent and PARty.

The information must always be updated and checked before the PARkki file is delivered!

It is possible to register potential partner organizations in the system. The background information of the partnership organization is recorded if one or more employees who have rights to the PAR system work under a different organization than what is recorded in the Organizations magazine.

All mandatory information must be recorded (title in bold, underlined). Absence of mandatory information is reported programmatically. If some information is not in the format accepted by the system, the program will notify you with a pop-up window and the cursor will move over the information whose format needs to be checked.
