3.4.1 Common codes

Municipal codes

If the activity is in the area of several municipalities, enter the names of the municipalities on the municipality code tab. In customer registrations, the municipality of residence is selected for each customer from the municipalities in this menu - and thus separate calculations are obtained for each municipality. If desired, the municipality code can also be entered per period.

Unit code

The unit code means the different departments and units of the operation, most often the workshop. If unit codes are agreed to be used, the activity can be monitored per department/unit.

Educational institution and Employer codes

The educational institution and employer codes are recorded if there is a need to monitor e.g. young people transferring to nearby educational institutions. The name information of the necessary educational institutions and employers can therefore be stored, which avoids recording errors and this placement information can be examined per educational institution or employer.

Memo codes

The notes are additional information recorded about the customer, so they are not nationally collected statistical material. The memos can therefore be followed in detail on matters that are locally necessary to record, but which are not nationally important. The note code is therefore the answer to the question: "Where could you enter...?"

The introduction of the memo code must be agreed upon together and its use must be separately informed to all users, so that it would give a reliable desired result.
