3.4.2 Codes for detectives and workshops

Procedure code

The procedures are different in investigative youth work and in workshops, that is why there are separate procedure codes for detectives and workshops. There are also ready-made menus for measures, but this My measure code supplements the menu to the extent that is deemed necessary.

If separate monitoring of different procedures is desired, the codes for these can be recorded in the customer data. The own measure can be a different measure that cannot be found in the national variables, or it can specify, for example, Kela's service (such as Nuotta training) that you want to reveal.

Own code

If desired, enter your own code on the Episodes tab. This code can be found on both the detectives and workshops side, but each has its own menus, because the needs are different. The nature of Omakoodi and Muistiokoodi is characterized by the fact that it is a code born out of a local need, and precise national guidelines for its use cannot be given.

Once the own codes have been set, a customer's own code can be selected for each episode.
