4.4.3 ListBoxes i.e. selection lists

Index

The different pages of the system have ListBoxes, i.e. selection lists, where the entries made to the form accumulate in rows. The oldest information is always on the bottom line of the ListBox and the newest information is on the top. Entries are managed with the buttons connected to the Listbox. By clicking on all the headings of the selection lists, you can filter information A-Ö and Ö-A.

  • The New / Empty button does not remove previously made lines from the ListBox list, but clears the fields of the form on the open page for recording new data. If you don't want to save the changes you just made to the form, you can also press New / Empty.

  • In the open blank form, the information is recorded and saved as a new line by pressing Save or Add.

  • The data of an existing row can be edited by selecting the row, making the changes and pressing Change.

  • The data entered on the form can also be saved as a new row by pressing Add, which will make a copy of the row.

  • You can delete an unnecessary or incorrect line by clicking Delete. Remember that a deleted row is lost - it cannot be recovered.

If 'Change' or 'Add' is not printed in the ListBox when the information has been changed, the program will point it out when you try to leave the page! Changes can be rejected by selecting OK from the question. By selecting Cancel, you return to the previous form to save information.
