4.4 Recording data in the system
Make sure you record all the statistical information that is titled in bold and underlined. These mandatory statistical information can be found on the customer's basic information, situation, episodes and procedures page.
If you do not know a statistical variable (mandatory information), enter "No information". "No information" is a clear message and can be corrected later. If such statistical information is left unmarked in a field, the program will notify you with a warning color and will not allow you to continue until the field is filled. Not all fields are equally unconditional, so the operation can be continued smoothly, even if not all information is available at the time of entry. But any statistical fields left blank will falsify the statistics, and if there are a lot of them, can lead to a clarification request.
Please note that if customer information has been transferred from a previous system, this mandatory information may be missing. If, for example, the period has not been decided (the period must have an end date, noting the status or condition is not enough), the customer is still visible in the statistical calculation. If the customer has been registered in previous years, and the date of termination and the reason for termination are not clear, the termination can be entered as an estimate, for example at the end of a year, and the reason for termination is "No information".
