1 Welcome to the PAR system!
Index
The task of the PAR systems is to collect nationally consistent statistical data of youth workshops and investigative youth work, to make the activity visible at the local level and nationally, and to enable the comparison of anonymous* statistical key figures.
The system is financed by the Ministry of Education and Culture and is managed by the Regional Administration of Western and Inner Finland (AVI). The contact persons at AVI are Tuulikki Nieminen and Teemu Kurki, first name.surname @ avi.fi
The PAR system consists of three parts. PARent is for investigative youth work and PARty is a statistics and customer management program intended for workshops. PARkki, on the other hand, is a data bank where statistical, anonymous * material is collected annually from the previous and other coordinated systems.
* PARkk does not collect customer identification information, such as name, address and contact information, social security number or other identifying information that could be used to identify the customer.
The PAR operating instructions consist of eight separate entities
1 Content and table of contents of the PAR system.
2 Implementation and updating of the PAR system tells, as the name suggests, how the program is implemented, how the program works technically and how the system is updated.
3 The master user's guide contains in detail the things that belong to the master user's tasks. It describes the main user's responsibilities, instructions for recording organizational and customer data, as well as user rights and creating own codes.
4 The user's guide is a general guide intended for all users of the system. This part explains how to move, record and store data within the system or retrieve previously recorded data. The user's guide also contains other useful information regarding the use of the system.
5 In the client registrations section of the investigative youth work, it is systematically reviewed how the customer information of the investigative youth work is supposed to be recorded on different tabs.
6 Customer registrations for workshops systematically explains how customer information for workshops is to be recorded on different tabs.
The 7 PAR reports section gives advice on making a PARkki report and using statistics, and introduces the customer list and the wider reporting possibilities of workshops based on site diary entries.
8 PAR-info and trainings section contains more information about PAR trainings and material.
