3 Master User's Guide

Index

Who is the main user?

The main user's tasks are for the most part tasks that fall under the supervisor's area of responsibility or matters under the supervision of the supervisor. That's why the most natural choice for an administrator is often a supervisor. However, the choice is up to the organization itself - the main thing is that the main user's tasks are handled appropriately and responsibly.

If necessary, the manager can delegate some or all of the main user tasks to employees. The main user can therefore also be an employee and there can be several main users. If you use the system alone, you are also the main user.

The main user must have access to the PAR system in order to handle main user tasks, if the main user does not do customer work, he can restrict himself from customer rights.

The PARty and PARent sides have independent user IDs, including root user IDs! One administrator can manage the administrator credentials of both sides, or there can be several administrators. The main user is responsible for recording organizational and employee information, among other things, this information is semi-specific. If, for example, the employee wants rights for both sides, user IDs for both sides are created for him. Only customers can be transferred between different aspects of the program.
