4 User's Guide
Index
If several users use the PAR system, it is recommended to go through these instructions together before starting the entries.
The main user registers you in the system and gives you a username and password, which contain information about what rights you have. If your personal information or job description changes, you need more extensive rights, or if you take a longer break or your job ends, notify the administrator.
Please note that your username and password are strictly for your personal use only. Every visit you make on the customer's page leaves a permanent trace in the log. If desired, the customer has the right to see who has read his data and who has made changes to it. So if you hand over your password to someone else, for example temporarily, you yourself are responsible for logging in to the customer page with your password. Keep the password carefully and in a safe place. Change your password before starting customer registrations. If you forget your password, the administrator can give you a new one.
The main user informs you of your own rights to the processing of customer data and introduces you to the parts of the Personal Data Act that apply to your work, or informs you where they can be read. He also tells you where the Register statement according to the Personal Data Act is - it must be presented every time someone asks for it. You can view your own data yourself, but you need root access to change the data.
In the PAR program, you can view, record and change customer data to the extent that your User ID authorizes. If you don't have active rights, you won't see customer information in the system.
