5.2 Basic customer information
Index
Mandatory information
- The customer's name should be entered as correctly as possible, but the name information can be entered in the system initially with e.g. a nickname and the information can be changed when the correct information is obtained. Even after a name change, the new name is entered in the system instead of the old one.
- The date of birth can be an estimate, where the year of birth is relevant, but the aim is to record the correct date of birth. An incorrect date of birth can be marked with the check box "Incorrect date of birth" and possibly corrected later. The identification part of the personal identification number is not recorded in the youth work seeking.
- Gender male, female or different gender is always selected. In general statistics, people of other genders are counted under all.
- The mother tongue is marked if it is known. Otherwise, 'No information' is entered in the field, which can be completed later. If your mother tongue is something other than the language already in the list, you can write it in the field. Selections other than the drop-down menu are always counted in the statistics under: other, which.
Statistical data
- It is a good idea to mark the municipality code if the youth work that is being sought is carried out in the area of several municipalities. It is important to get statistics for each municipality, and then the municipality code is also "mandatory information". The municipal codes are defined in advance and the main user records them in the system. If you only operate in the territory of one municipality, the municipality codes can be skipped or they can be used, for example, as district codes, if there is a need for it.
- The unit code works like the municipality code, it is defined in its own codes and it is used to calculate statistics per unit.
Municipality and unit codes can be recorded in the customer's basic data and period data.
Voluntarily recorded customer data
Information related to the customer's education and work experience, presentation skills, goals, strengths/weaknesses, family or health information affecting the operation and other background information can be entered in the right section of the page. For example, on the Other background tab, there is an option to record information about military service, driver's license and completed card training.
Only record information that is relevant to managing the customer and remember the limitations of the Personal Data Act on collecting/retaining unnecessary information!
Joint customership with the workshop
The "Move to workshop" button also moves the customer to the workshop side. The customer's basic information, situation and joint memos can then be seen together. In this case, the investigative youth work and the workshop must therefore already have a common PAR program in use.
Changes to the basic information and statistics of joint customers are visible on both PARty and PARent. If the memo is marked as a joint memo, it will also appear in both programs.
The joint customership ends only when the customer is removed from PARty or PARent. The customer removed by the detective will therefore remain visible on the side of the workshop until the customer is also removed from there.
