5.3.2 Termination of the period

The end time and the reason for the end, if relevant, are marked for each episode. As a rule, the customership ends at the latest when the customer turns 29 years old or announces that he/she is ending the customership. The detective's own judgment and consideration of the Personal Data Act are required if the customer relationship ends with the situation "no longer reachable or lost". The date of termination and the reason for termination must always be recorded at the same time. In addition, then the space should be marked as finished or under monitoring. If the episode has ended, but the status is active, the letter A is displayed on the front page.

The customer appears in the statistical calculation until the end date is marked! In the statistics, the customership is considered to have ended when an end date is marked for the last period (for all periods), regardless of what status of the customership is marked. If the young person has a new episode after this, the customership will also continue statistically. Customers whose periods are missing information, such as the end date, can be found on the home page with the letter D code.

Employer and educational institution

Additional information can be written to the customer regarding the end of the period, as well as the employer and/or educational institution to which the customer will transfer. If there is an earlier entry of these in the system, the information can be selected with the Search button. The Search button opens a window where you can specify information about transferring to an educational institution or a specific employer. The names of local educational institutions and employers can also be pre-saved in your own codes, in which case they will appear in the drop-down menu.
