5.3 Episodes

At least one episode must be recorded for all registered customers. The customer cannot be saved before the episode is recorded. In investigative youth work, there is a need for the client to start a new period as a rule only if there is a significant time break between the periods. Therefore, one customer can have several periods if, for example, he settles into working life, falls ill or studies and the customership is clearly terminated in between. Each period is marked with the arrival, notification and/or start date, end date and reason for termination when the customership ends.
