5.4 Objectives
Index
The purpose of the goal meter is to make visible the multiple goals of investigative youth work, so that we can get a complete picture of the meaning of the work for young people. Mittari's target group is the targeted youth work clients. The goals are defined, set and evaluated by the searching youth worker.
You can fill in the goal meter on the Goals tab.
Logging
Mark the goals of the work at the beginning of the cooperation. Each goal is marked with a status and the date of assessment is recorded. Recording additional information is voluntary.
If necessary, change the status of the goals as the work progresses and always save the change as a new line. The premises are:
- Not the goal
- The goal is being worked on
- Goal achieved
Judgment
The achievement of the goals will be evaluated at the end of the customer service at the latest in the final evaluation. In the final assessment, the status of the goal can be either in the point where the goal is being worked on or the goal has been achieved.
Development is evaluated on a scale of 1–5
1 Clearly deteriorated
2 Somewhat deteriorated
3 Remained unchanged
4 Somewhat improved
5 Clearly improved
