5.6 Procedure
Index
All referrals to procedures or procedures agreed with the young person (planned, deviating from the plans or started) are entered on the Procedure tab. If the procedure is not found in the selection list, another procedure can be recorded as text. It is a good idea to record local measures that are not on the list, but are frequently referred to, in your own codes and use the option 'My measure'. The measure is always calculated as directed by the detective, but if a significant measure exists when the detective arrives at youth work, the measure can be recorded and the value "existing tp" can be selected.
For each procedure, it is good to write the start date, since which the procedure has been performed or directed there. For clearly defined procedures, such as Nuotta coaching, it is good to record the end date as well. A measure for which an end date is not recorded is valid until the end of the recording year and the following calendar year, or until the end of the customership, if the customership ends earlier than these terms and conditions. You can be directed to the same procedure several times during the calendar year, but in the national PARkki statistics, one specific direction can only appear once for one customer during a specific application period.
If the procedure is interrupted, it is marked with the relevant button and the date of interruption is recorded as the end date. The reason for the suspension and additional information can be recorded in the reserved places.
There are often several procedures at the same time. However, one of the measures is selected as the most important measure at a time. The most important measure can change during the clientship at the searcher's own discretion. On the home page of the PAR program, you can see for each customer how many measures have been recorded for the customer during the entire customer period. Actions should be recorded for all young people reached, in order to see how the client has been guided during the cooperation.
