Client registrations for detective youth work are done on a client-by-client basis using the PARent customer management window, which contains six tabs: Basic information, situation, periods, measures, memos and attachments, which are used to make the actual client registrations. The top bar of the page contains various buttons and essential customer information.

Make sure you record all the statistical information that is titled in bold and underlined. These mandatory statistical information can be found on the customer's basic information, situation, periods and procedures pages. If you do not know some mandatory information, select "No information". "No information" is a clear message and can be corrected later. More information about logging in section 4.4.
