6.1 Functions of the top bar
Index
The client's coaches and status are marked in the top bar of the workshops' client registrations window. Only the name of the first coach appears in the selection list on the front page, the rest of the coaches registered for the customer are shown on the left side of the front page in the Info page. My client can be found in the list on the front page when the employee is registered as a coach in one of the four drop-down menus. With the buttons in the upper bar, the customer is saved in the database, the customer can be transferred as a joint customer of the workshop and the detectives, and a customer-specific printout can be taken to a new Excel. In the top bar, you can see the customer's first name and last name, as well as the start and end date of the current period. In addition, there you can see the name of the employee making the entries.
Customer control information
- The names of the trainers are recorded in the customer data and can be changed as needed at any time. Only coaches registered in the PAR system can be selected from the drop-down menu.
- The status of the customer is not a statistical variable, but an aid in front page customer management and customer filtering, which can be changed as needed. The concepts are explained below, but you can also use the classifications in a way that suits you better.
- In the queue: The trainee is coming for an interview or the start of the training has not yet been agreed in detail.
- Coming for coaching: The coaching period has not started yet, but an agreement has already been made
- In training / active: The training period is currently active
- On break / sick leave: There is a break in training for a justified reason
- 1st year follow-up: The training period has remained under follow-up for one year
- Ended: The training period has ended and no new periods have been arranged. All statistical values are stored in the system. Remember to record the customer's location, follow-up and end date!
Buttons
- The Transfer to searchers button also moves the customer to the searchers side. The customer's basic information, situation and joint memos can then be seen together. The letter P found next to this button indicates that the customer is only a client of the workshop, and the letter Y indicates that the customer is shared.
- The Save button saves all changes to the database.
- The Home button returns the view to the home page and informs about any unsaved data.
- The Info button opens the PAR operating instructions in a web browser.
- With the Print button, you can print out all the customer's information from the new Excel workbook.
- The Exit button closes the PAR program, but it also reports any unsaved data.
Printing customer information
With the Print button, all the customer's information is transferred to a new Excel table. Here you can read a summary of the customer's information and print all or part of the customer's information. The output is in quantitative format, but it can be formatted and you can delete or select information to be printed from it as needed. The printout is a snapshot that is printed and stored appropriately, if necessary, following the organization's instructions. The print function can also be found on the front page, depending on the customer.
