6.5 Operating methods and coaching services

Operating methods and coaching services are services provided at the workshop, which are intended to show the work that is done with clients during coaching. So let's answer the question "What services are included in the coaching?"
The service is selected from the selection list and the start date is entered. If the service is not found in the selection list, the value "some other service" can be selected or recorded as text. Local services that cannot be found on the list, but that are offered to customers - it is good to record them in your own codes and use the option 'My service'.
For each service, it is good to write the start date from which the service has been provided. For clearly defined services, such as Nuotta coaching, it is good to record the end date as well. A service for which an end date is not recorded is valid until the end of the recording year and the following calendar year, or until the end of the customership, if the customership ends earlier than these terms and conditions. You can be directed to the same service several times during the calendar year, but in the national PARkki statistics, one specific service can only appear once, with one customer, during a specific search time.
If the service is interrupted, it is marked with the relevant button and the date of interruption is recorded as the end date. The reason for the suspension and additional information can be recorded in the reserved places. If desired, one of the services at a time can be selected as the most important service. It helps, e.g. in a long-term customer relationship, in understanding the customer's situation.
