A customer memo is recorded on the Memos tab. Recording in a notebook is not statistically necessary, but it is a good tool for recording information relevant to the customer relationship. A memo can be a comment or a statistical memo. General comments and important matters related to the customer are recorded in the comment. Quantitative information about meetings, phone calls and other contacts can be recorded in the statistical memo.
The date, title and content are always recorded in the note. If you want to make e.g. monthly memos instead of daily memos, you can also enter the end date on the memo. The duration can also be entered in the meeting minutes. Well-titled memos are easier to find in the selection lists. Memos can be filtered and sorted in the future based on the title, memo type, own code and recorder. The customer's memos are visible from newest to oldest, just like other selection lists.
Quantitative information about meetings, phone calls and other contacts can be entered in the statistical memo, which is recorded with the window opened from the ? button. These statistical data can also be recorded on the right side of the memo. For example, the total number of contacts can be monitored for one month, and the number of calls and messages with the customer can be noted. With the customer list button on the front page, you can bring up the statistical parts of the memos, from which you can calculate, for example, the number of canceled visits or phone calls.
A joint memo refers to a memo that can be seen by both investigators and employees attached to the customer on the workshop side. The joint memo check box must be selected from the memo that you want visible on both PARty and PARent. Customer work other than one-on-one can be recorded in activity memos. More information 4.5.
