7.3 PARkki statistics for workshops

Index

In the PARkki statistics of the workshops, you can find the tabs Personnel, Trends, Parking, Customer statistics, Procedures, Operating methods, Situation, Procedures, Situation, Conclusion and Info. On the Info page you can find information about the calculation bases used in the calculation of PARkki statistics. This information is updated in connection with possible changes and becomes more detailed with surveys. You can also find information on calculation bases for some tables on different tabs.

The Personnel tab shows the statistical information of the personnel during the selection period. The table contains the information of employees whose employment relationship is valid based on the start and end date. Employees for whom no end date has been defined will also appear, because then the employment relationship is considered to be valid. In connection with the annual statistics, a separate instruction is always given for checking, correcting and supplementing this information if necessary.

It is important to check the no information sections in the PARkki magazine, which should be supplemented with customer information and then take the PARkki statistics again. On the Parking page, you can see the summary, which is visualized once a year on the nuorisotilastot.fi pages by organization and municipality. You can filter municipality-specific information from the municipality menu. You can also view only the share of new customers in the customer volume in this magazine, but the entire year's volume is always visualized, and not just the newly started customers.

The Trends tab provides statistics on the arrival and placement of customers on a monthly basis. To review monthly statistics, you must select one full year as the search period. From the statistics, you can see the ranking information of customers who continue from the previous year, new customers and terminated customers as monthly values.

With the Customer statistics magazine, you can also view customer numbers by filtering by municipality, unit or customer. The arrival information is retrieved based on the search time given in the table from the information of the customer's first period, if several periods have been recorded for the customer. The ranking is calculated from the last episode that meets the application criteria. A customer whose all episodes have been ended by recording the end date and the reason for the end is counted as ended, regardless of the status of the customer. The follow-up year is calculated from the customers registered for the workshop in the year before the application period and their placement. If the customer has more recent episodes, he is automatically counted as still in the workshop in this monitoring.

The Procedures magazine examines procedures in accordance with customer contracts. By default, this page has the same view as the PARkki tab, in which case only one specific procedure/customer/search period is valid. All procedures or only new procedures marked during the application period can be displayed in the application conditions. In this case, the total amount of the different contracts, i.e. the number of customer periods, is seen. On this tab, you can also view the start months of the procedures for the whole year, when the application period is defined as the whole year. If an end date has not been specified for the procedure, it can be valid for the customer in the accounting year and for the next calendar year on a calculated basis, however only until the customership is valid.

The Operating methods tab works like the Procedure tab, but all operating methods and coaching services are displayed as a default value. The purpose of this page is to answer the question: "What services have customers received during the workshop period and what methods have been used?".

On the Situation tab, you can see the young person's initial situation when he started the workshop, as well as the change that took place at the time of statistics. The data of people over 29 years of age also appear in the statistics as additional information, but the page focuses on examining changes in the life situation of young people. The information on the Situation page is imported from the young person's oldest situation record. The starting situation is therefore unchanged even in long customer relationships. The comparison is made with the young person's latest status line. You can view more detailed changes in situations by youth using the client list or within the PAR system.
