7.4 Customer list

Index

The customer list is an extract from the PAR system database, which can be obtained by clicking the Customer list button on the front page. The customer list brings the statistical data of the entire database at the name level about active customers and their contact information. For deleted customers, statistical data and the ID of the deleted person are also displayed without identifying information. To view the customer list, you need editing rights for customers, depending on the access rights, a list of either your own customers or all customers will be displayed.

The customer lists of detectives and workshops are different and have different tabs. The tabs in the customer list are in the search bar: Customer, Episodes, Status, Procedures and Memos. In Pajoi, the magazines are: Customer, Episodes, Situation, Services, Site Diary, Work Time Plan and Memos.

The customer list can be used to filter register information and search for e.g. missing entries or calculate the number of certain types of meetings based on memos.

Opening the customer list always leaves an entry in the log file. The customer list must be saved and stored according to the organization's practices in compliance with the Personal Data Act.

Instructions for viewing the customer list

You can filter the customer list data per column. You can enable filtering by selecting row 1 and clicking Start > Sort and filter > Filter. Now the header row will have an arrow to the right of each column header, which you can use to specify the filtering you want.

Customer list filtering example

Go to the Episodes tab and click on the arrow next to the heading "End date". You can sort information from newest to oldest or the other way around, or limit your search to e.g. episodes that are still valid or ended in the current year. In 2019, the selection would be the year 2019 and the value (Empty). Based on such a list, you could check, for example, whether you remembered to record the end date correctly for all episodes and whether any information is missing. After this, the repair could be done within the PAR program on a customer-specific basis.

If you want to view another column after one filter, first remove the previous filter selection, e.g. by putting a check mark in the box 'Select all'. You can also do several filtering and sorting at once.
