The customer's absences are reported with Kela's TT3 output. This printout corresponds to the printout found on Kela's website and can be delivered to Kela on paper, with signatures, like the original TT3 form.

The time interval is mandatory information for the printout and the time period must be at least two weeks. Depending on the user rights, you can search for the report either your own customers, customers of the desired unit or all customers. Reports can also be extracted by measures.

Customer-specific information appears in its own tabs in printable form and contains information about absences. Customers who do not have absence entries during the search period are automatically excluded from the report.

In the finished report, the background information shows, among other things, the service provider's name, phone number and email address ¹ as well as the customer's name and social security number. The dates of the absences are automatically filled in according to the reason for the absences.
