5.1 Functions of the top bar
In the top bar of the detective's youth work client records window, the client's responsible detective, status and status are marked. With the buttons in the upper bar, the customer is saved in the database, the customer can be transferred as a joint customer of the searchers and the workshop, and a customer-specific printout can be taken to a new Excel. In the upper bar, you can see the first and last name of the young person being recorded all the time, as well as the start and end date of the latest episode. In addition, there you can see the name of the employee making the entries.
Customer control information
- The name of the responsible detective is recorded in the customer data and can be changed as needed at any time.
- Customer statuses are contact request, contact and reached. They are determined according to the progress of the customership and are presented in more detail in section 5.3.3 Customership status and reason for termination.
- The status of the customer is not a statistical variable, but an aid in front page customer management and customer filtering. The concepts are explained below, but you can also use the classifications in a way that suits you better.
- Not started: The young person has not yet been contacted, cooperation has not yet started.
- Active: The young person has been contacted/the young person has been contacted and cooperation is currently underway
- Intensive: We are currently working intensively with the young person
- Occasional: Collaboration is currently being done, but only occasionally
- Unreachable: The young person has been "Active" but the young person can no longer be reached
- Missing: The young person has been "Active", possibly for a longer time the status has been "Unreachable" and it is time to stop the pursuit, so the status is recorded as "Missing"
- Monitoring: We are not actively working with the young person, but we are still monitoring his situation
- Terminated: The customership is terminated when the status is recorded as "Terminated". Remember to record the reason for termination and the date of termination at the same time!
Buttons
- The Move to workshop button also moves the customer to the workshop side. The customer's basic information, situation and joint memos can then be seen together. The letter E found next to this button indicates that the client is only a client of detectives, and the letter Y indicates that the client is shared.
- The Save button saves all changes to the database.
- The Home button returns the view to the home page and informs about any unsaved data.
- The Info button opens the PAR operating instructions in a web browser.
- With the Print button, you can print out all the customer's information from the new Excel workbook.
- The Exit button closes the PAR program, but it also reports any unsaved data.
Printing customer information
With the Print button, all the customer's information is transferred to a new Excel table. Here you can read a summary of the customer's information and print all or part of the customer's information. The output is in quantitative format, but it can be formatted and you can delete or select information to be printed from it as needed. The printout is a snapshot that is printed and stored appropriately, if necessary, following the organization's instructions. The print function can also be found on the front page, depending on the customer.
