5.3.3 Customer status and reason for termination

The membership starts with Contact request status if the notification about the young person comes from an official, relatives, school, defense forces, civil service center, friends, etc. If the contact request does not bring results, i.e. the young person cannot be caught despite the attempt, the status remains as contact request.

The reason for termination of the customership can then only be:

  • no contact received

If the young person contacts the investigator directly or the young person who came as a contact request is contacted, the client's status is at least contact. Contact can lead to two types of situations.

A The young person does not need or want help, or he gets the help he needs during the first contact, the status remains contact.

The reason for the termination of the contact customership can therefore be recorded as:

  • the young person does not want a client
  • the young person has no need for a client
  • directed on a one-time basis

B We get in touch with the young person and agree on the start of cooperation

All young people with whom follow-up measures are agreed are counted as reached and in the client's youth. The targeted customer will no longer become a contact or contact customer again, even if a new episode is recorded for him later. If the status is in conflict with the entries, the letter E is displayed for the customer on the front page. In the case of reached customers, the reason for termination is recorded as a measure to which the customer has been directed by the youth work seeker or a personal reason for which the customership has ended. If a suitable option is not found in the menu, another reason can be written here.
