At least one episode must be recorded for all registered customers. The customer cannot be saved before the episode is recorded. One customer can have several episodes. There may be a time break between the periods, or they may follow each other with a new contract. Arrival, start and end date, procedure and placement are marked for each period. Customer follow-up after the 1st year is only recorded for the latest period after the end of the customership.
